About the Experience
Join us for an intimate evening to slow down, reflect, and reconnect as the season changes.
Together we'll move through a guided reflection on the season behind us, release what we're ready to leave behind, and set collective intentions for ourselves, our loved ones, our communities, and the world around us.
The evening weaves together tea, reflection, drum, sound, and meditation, closing with a collective despacho, a practice rooted in Andean traditions of reciprocity and gratitude. At its heart is ayni, the idea that we live in relationship with the Earth, with one another, and with something larger than ourselves. Caroline will guide everyone in creating the despacho together, carrying our intentions forward into the new season.
The experience is led by Caroline Bailey, founder of ReRooted Soul, an Integrative Wellness Guide whose work brings together embodied practice, movement, sound, Ayurvedic wisdom, and more than 15 years of yoga teaching. Caroline is also a mesa carrier, shaped by her study and practice of Andean earth-honoring traditions.
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
